搞爬虫的真是一茬又一茬，抓了一批，又冒出一批。没背景没背书的，可能钱还没到账，就已经蹲看守所了。

其实几乎不可能，都是人民币计价，政府手段很多，金融层面，要么债务本身展期或重组，要么资产证券化，再凭空融些钱，要么耍赖皮，直接印钞。现实生活中，有无数手段，能保证征收足额税款的同时，且不降低劳动生产率。无非是更多的老百姓家庭破产，停止生育，降低生活质量。但这些都不会导致政府信用破产。
