Extension authors will be especially happy with this release, as we've:
Updated the Language Server protocol

python 输出 unicode 到 output window 时有问题:

# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-

unicode_name = u'上海'
utf8_name = unicode_name.encode('utf-8')

print(utf8_name)
print(unicode_name) # This line generate error

现在能自动识别没有 bom 的文件的文字编码了吗？
之前因为这个完全没办法用， gbk ， utf8 的文件太多，手动切换太痛苦了
