已知情况是:
需要报备短信内容模板,一个子端口只接受 2 个电话号码白名单和 1 个主域名白名单。如短信内容中的电话号码或域名不符,则在电信短信网关入口侧拦截该条短信。

后面移动和联通也会跟上,但具体规则不明。

从我抓取到的日志来看,Google 的爬虫访问中国大陆网站,现在基本上都是集中在 66.249 这个段上
1.如果只是想加流量,可以买流量卡,不用改现有套餐;
2.不想加号码,就改套餐,找营业厅或客户经理去聊

我看了两家的文档,云联网或云企业网,均是跨 VPC 连接收费,你同地域不同 VPC 本身就是互不相通的逻辑网络
同 VPC 内实例互通不会产生收费
