go 做复杂业务的 CURD 不如 java，毕竟面向对象系统很不完善；但是做中间件相关 go 就优势很大了。
选调分很多种的，有一些地方的选调本质上和一般考公没啥区别，分配的活也比较坑（但这些地方多是内陆省份）。目前沿海省份里比较好的应该是福建和广东的选调。前面说选调晋升要关系背景，这个比较扯。正规选调的人事晋升，都是省组织部直接决策，不是一般人能接触到的，几乎没有人有操作的能量。
