总结一下
在现有边界找到一个点尝试突破并实现跨界，实现能力和经验复用，并在新领域拓展新能力，探索更多新可能。至于这个点如何确定，就看自己的兴趣和特点了。
但我觉得不一定局限于互联网相关的业务领域，比如从前端转后端，或者技术转产品，只是换了个职能，未来会面临同样的问题。毕竟整个行业目前是下行期，很难有什么大的突破。
从我观察到的一些情况来看，更大跨度的转型也许会更好一些，但应该避免去一些未知高风险的领域。
今天还跟朋友聊，到了一定阶段，该做减法了。年轻的时候可以探索更多可能性做大量尝试，但未来需要更多的确定性，人生的时间和精力有限，避免贪多嚼不烂。
解决大龄和职场的焦虑，更需要的是变化。不管是职场转型和生活重塑，先把个人状态调整过来。
总结一下

心想会不会有人提到哥飞大佬
另外，字节现在卡学历，卡得很无语。
让我一度以为卡学历是熟人婉拒的意思，但是投了好几个不同熟人的部门，猎头和内推的人也表示无语，投之前都说稳了，投之后都无语。
过字节的 hr 比刷算法题还难。。🤦
