最近一年来的周末都是去运动，感觉心情好了很多
流水席记录一下：
- 周中的时候会约乐刻的团课，比如今晚的约了七点 40 分的团课，等下下班了地铁三站过去；
- 周三晚上是攀岩，周三固定黑练到十二点；
- 这周的周四约上了乐刻的 BodyPump 新套路发布会，请了周四下午的半天年假过去；
- 周五约的是乐刻的 BodyJam 团课
- 周六下午有 BodyJam 的训练营，也是一个小时的团课；晚上是 BodyJam 的团课。上周的周六晚上是 BodyCombat
- 周日约了朋友去攀岩馆
流水席记录一下：

但是偶尔也用这个小相机拍到了非常好的家里猫猫的照片。确实非常好，比手机拍的好，17 年到现在也算是一路记录下来了每年猫猫的状态，从小小瘦瘦到现在胖胖壮壮。
我觉得这就是价值啊！光是拍猫给我带来的快乐就很值回票价了。
之前看过一篇文章，说有个人觉得自己经常是三分钟热度。然后某天别人跟他说，三分钟热度也很好啊，三分钟热度就有三分钟的收获。
如果是电子产品，钱已经花出去了，那么就开始享受使用它的时间吧！就算使用频率低也没关系。盖泡面也是发挥作用的 🙈

感觉现在公司里的 mentor 更多的作用是带新人熟悉环境，尽快融入。实际上期待的应届培养机制应该是会对整个职业生涯产生影响的。
互联网公司很难有这样的意识吧，毕竟对大公司来说是买方市场，总会有人来求职的；小公司很难有精力去考虑这一点，环境不好能公司可以活下去就算不错了。培养人也是需要精力的，精力就是钱。
而且小公司很难留住人，也有风险是培养好了人就走了
