(centos/ubuntu) + docker
宿主机系统不用很新，我 ubuntu 14.04 也用得好好的。
所有开发环境都在 docker 里，宿主机里只要弄好代理、浏览器、 terminal 、 tmux 、 git 和 vim 即可。
代码在宿主机上，挂载到 docker 里。
