The way you write this text is pretty weird. There are a whole lot of grammatical mistakes and English speaker do not write like this.
Like "I dont't know why I can't use Chinese in text body.", you can simply say "i don't know why I cannot input with Chinese."
"My question is Was is properyly for me who has been learning Java for 6 months only to faking my resume with 3 Years of working experience and 4 projects?" It is much more understandable and more grammatically correct to say "I've been learning Java for 6 months. Is it proper for me to fake..."
"ps:I'm a real Chinese from the mid of China who happend to fail to type Chinese..." In English, people say "an American, a German" but never say "a Chinese" or "a British".
