不是支持FastCGI跑PHP/Ruby/Python么……
部署的话貌似必须要Windows

Azure API的话是没办法在别的平台上实现……
还好开发工具都是免费的 =。=

MS 不能在非 WIN 进行开发
而且 Azure 也不是免费的

目前比较有把握能够搞定的就是 GAE 和 OpenStack。
