The Personal License is tied the the person who bought it. It cannot be transferred, but it can be installed on any computer you own.

@ddsfeng 我个人不搞开发了，准确的说应该是闲置。授权是无法转让到个人邮箱，但是我可以保证我购买的是正版，并且我个人不在使用。
