message 日志里面的“Created slice User Slice of root.”日志是哪里来？

今天为了排查一个问题，开始去翻服务器的日志，看到 /var/log/message 里面出现这样的日志
"Apr 19 00:40:01 xxxx systemd: Created slice User Slice of root."
或者
"Apr 21 14:00:02 izwz92rlllt0iy43q1sj03z systemd: Removed slice User Slice of root."
出现的频率大概是 10 分钟出现一次 created，每次整点出现一次 removed，removed 之后也会立刻出现一次 created
网上搜到的都是说如何屏蔽类似的记录不写入日志，但我想知道这样的日志是怎么来的，有无大佬知道，或者有什么头绪？

These messages are normal and expected -- they will be seen any time a user logs in

raysonlu OP @tankren 如此规律出现，这似是“they will be seen any time a user logs in”？ 而且还是 root 用户？
