Target Role
Junior Technical Project Manager
Objectives
• Overall technology/technical responsibility of region for all related products and projects to fulfill global & local target and strategy
• Close collaboration with cross regions and departments to keep the products competitive in the market
• Develop deep and trusting customer relationship to ensure access for all growth opportunities and new projects
Main Tasks
• Lead and coordinate activities and projects to ensure successful new technology and product launch
• Lead and coordinate activities to ensure continuous technology and technical improvement
• Lead and coordinate activities internally (globally & cross departments) and with the customer in case of severe trouble shooting issue.
• Allocate the technical resources efficiently to conduct activities with priority setting based on overall strategy.
Plus Advantages
• Maintain customer relationships from technical side for better customers’ satisfaction as well as better understanding of customers’ demanding.
• Drive technical discussions and reporting
• Initiate and follow up projects on the company level for quality improvement / pricing reduction.
Basic Qualifications
• 1+ years prior Technical Project Management Experience
• 2+ years prior Software Development / Quality Assurance Experience
• Fluent in English, excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to anticipate, proactively manage the risks and escalate appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
• Computer Science, Engineering, Math Degree
• Prior Software Development Management experience
• Experience with distributed SOA systems
• Proficient in English
