招行，选香港，其它填国内地址就行

很正常啊 信用卡都是要预授权1美元验证的 香港么就是8港币=1美元

可能是验证，一般会退回来。
Google Storage 应该是没有免费流量了，只有免费空间。中国区的流量也比较贵，你要注意 |

没记错的话，现在每月还有300G免费流量，至少我没交钱也在用

我刚去开通了，在填信用卡那一步因为没有所以直接退出了

貌似有两种情况：1）Billing status: Unknown；2）Billing status: Active 都有100GB免费空间 流量收费也是一样的吗？Billing Unknown它怎么收费呢？ |

@muxi Google 官方也是含糊其词的，没对原来的 300GB 免费流量做任何说明。
我想也许现在的收费情况是这样的： 1）Billing status: Unknown。之前没用信用卡注册成功或现在注册没开通 Billing 的，100GB 空间免费，流量应该还是免费提供 300GB。 2）Biiling status: Active。现在注册开通了 Billing。100GB 空间免费，流量和操作都要按价计费。 不过现在 Google Storage 是在 Preview 阶段，正式商用后，应该会强制对流量收费（而最初的100G空间可能仍然免费提供） PS. 情况1并未核实。 |
