安装 apt-transport-https，并切换到支持 https 的源，如 https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn

debian 9 的 apt 已经支持炫酷 https-proxy 了，还可以这样弄

export http_proxy=https://<a_https_proxy>
sudo -E apt update

谢谢各位，不过我树莓派炸了，远程开机就没法用了，所以还不能实践
