El Capitan 的 SIP 好讨厌，除了 Recovery mode 还有什么好办法去改系统文件么？

python 升级时改 link 发现的， restricted ，各种方法试了一遍均无法删除。 StackOverFlow 找到一个方法： http://stackoverflow.com/questions/30768087/restricted-folder-files-in-os-x-el-capitan
需要在 Recovery 模式修改，之后再切回来，好费劲，求更好的解决办法。

我 disable 之后就没再 enable 过。。。

不用切回来，直接关掉 System Integrity Protection 就回到 Pre-El Capitan 的 Behaviour 了。
