我是用PostgreSQL实现的，因为不想太多服务依赖，ElasticSearch更专业

在用户规模没到相当的级别建议直接使用postgresql的全文检索支持。这篇文章可以参考下： https://blog.lateral.io/2015/05/full-text-search-in-milliseconds-with-postgresql/　。

Elasticsearch绝对是全文检索领域最好的开源软件，但也很重，建议融了Ａ轮再考虑。
