PayPal 购买 iTunes Gift Card 付款失败，请问如何才能成功付款？

因为要在美区app Store购买app,想在https://www.paypal-gifts.com/ 上购买iTunes Gift Card。我PayPal是国际版的，绑定的是招商双币卡。结果在最后付款时提示这笔付款无法完成。详情在下面。

请问这是怎么回事？是国际版不能购买吗？请问大家是如何在 https://www.paypal-gifts.com/ 上购买的？还有其他购买iTunes Gift Card的网站推荐吗(淘宝不用说了，个人觉得不可信)？

条款里面写了需要美区pp,应该是要绑定美国信用卡才可以的

我的 Xbox Live, PSN, 美区 iTunes 卡都是上面买的

用的是中国区的 PayPal 付美元，（非那个中国贝宝）

以前我也听说过。听说要求是要美国版的PP才行的。

Paypal digital gift 上經常有8折，黑五CyberMonday等更有7折。
@SkyLanD 給出的網站價格比較貴，不如 http://www.offgamers.com/apple-itunes/itunes-us/itunes-us-gift-card-c-2281-4444-4445.ogm 。前者100usd賣110，後者賣99

@kenis Paypal digital gift 以及 ebay 上的 paypal 官方 itunes code 店都要求 paypal 账号是美国区
之前在 target 上买 itunes code ，但是最近翻墙了也进不去这个店。。。
