因为 django.utils.markup 在1.6中被删除，然后我在 stackoverflow 上搜到可用 docutils 模块实现功能，我想把 rst 格式的文档转换为 html 格式，不知道在 django 项目里面该怎么使用。
在 django 项目的 py 文件里面好像导入不进去。
