只能使用 cloudflare DNS ，浏览器才能启用 encrypted-client-hello 功能么？
据说 encrypted-client-hello 功能，要 DNS 返回额外数据，那么其他比如 openDNS 可以么？

Nginx 还不支持，不是托管在 cf 的没几个站用。

1. DNS 提供商支持 HTTPS 记录类型就可以
2. Cloudflare 目前也禁用了 ECH ，至少对免费用户是禁用的
